A Business Analyst with Sales and Marketing Systems experience is currently required for a long term project with a leading FMCG organisation in Sydney. Reporting to the current IT Project Manager you will be working on a large organisational transformation project and communicating with and managing the expectations of a variety of IT and business stakeholders, both locally and regional.
Principle Accountabilities;
- Liaise with the project team members & business stakeholders to detail the impact of change on Master & Transactional Data in Sales & Marketing systems.
- Develop data conversion / migration strategies, plans & specifications.
- Assist the business with Master & Transactional data analysis & management.
- Provide inputs in to project planning for each of the impacted areas.
- Prepare test scenarios and perform system implementation testing, regression testing.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing for developed solutions.
- Facilitate user training and document training material.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong communication skills; excellent written project documentation and an ability to effectively articulate ideas to a variety of stakeholders from an operational to a management level
- Effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with a high degree of initiative.
- 3 – 5 years experience working as a Business Analyst across Sales, Marketing & Customer Service, preferably in FMCG and manufacturing.
- End-to-end project lifecycle experience, with a working knowledge of Prince2.
- Ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders including end users and management.
In depth practical knowledge of SAP R/3, with a focus on SD, particularly in the areas of:
o Master Data.
o Transactional Data.
o Standard SAP processes (process capabilities and constraints).
o Dependencies between different modules.
o Integration with non SAP systems using EDI & Middleware.
o LSMW or similar data management tool sets.
o Customizing.
o Working knowledge of CRM systems.
