C# Developer - Desktop applications

Due to internal growth, our client is seeking the skills of a strong C#.Net Developer who can lend their coding, problem-solving and analytical skills to a "RAD" group of Developers. Reporting to the Development Manager, you will be responsible for coding, bug-fixing, and maintenance for our client's core product suite. The technology team is the backbone of this organisation and Developers will interact with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will need to show initiative, be accountable, and work within tight deadlines.  

  

To qualify for the role you must meet the following criteria:  

  

• 3-7+ year's experience with C#.Net 3.5+ WinForms application development   
  


• Exposure to ASP.Net web development  
  


• SQL Server 2005/2008: stored procedures & SQL BI/DW tools  
  


• Unit-testing  
  


• Strong coding, bug-fixing, and maintenance skills  
  


• Agile & Rapid Application Development (RAD) experience  
  


• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills  
  


• Strong business acumen  
  


• Ability to work with a fast-paced team and deal with a variety of business stakeholders  
  


• A mature approach and a good sense of humour!
