Senior Change Manager This position exists to ensure the bank manages the people aspects of change and achieve the best possible outcomes from the Bank’s investment by driving adoption and embedding sustainable change, specifically for regualatory compliance programs within the bank.
This Change Manager will have a strong
Regulatory Compliance focus and candidates are expected to have a strong background to reflect their suitability for the role. Due to the nature of the program, possession of
sound financial markets experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Essential Experience Required: •
Eight years+ experience in Change Management in the Finance industry with similar profile projects or programmes.
• An extensive
regulatory compliance background within financial services will be highly sought after in this senior role.
• Proven experience in business facilitation, training, change management artefacts and compliance programmes.
• Practical and highly experienced knowledge of change management techniques in the financial markets industry including its regulations and business process mechanisms.
• Sound knowledge of project and software development lifecycles.
Demonstrated strong analytical, conceptual, problem solving and commitment to quality standards.
• Experience working in or with the
Financial Markets Industry and Clearing Institutions from within their Business and/or IT areas is preferred.
• Professional change management certification will be highly regarded.
• Project Management foundation and practitioner either PMP or Prince II would also be well regarded.
