EL1 Digital Test Lead

Location: ACT

Contract: 12 months

Extension: 12 months

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline

Our federal government client is looking for a Test Lead to join the team.

Duties:

• Lead efforts to enhance Digital portfolio quality.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams.
• Manage portfolio environmental requirements.
• Drive strategic test automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and integrate security testing.
• Establish scalable testing processes and mentor team members.
• Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff.
• Develop test approach for projects, including various testing types.
• Analyse and report on test activities, escalating issues as needed.
• Assign test case execution and coordinate Defect Triages.
• Support business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills:

• Lead digital testing efforts for complex programs and compile Test Summary reports.
• Agile testing experience, ensuring team members meet commitments and deliverables each sprint.
• Proficient in using test management tools such as WAVE, JAWS, Zoom Text, Jira Xray, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing multiple project factors.
• Effective teamwork across business units, vendors, and geographically dispersed teams.
• Understanding of Accessibility and WCAG 2.1 guidelines and their impact on User Experience (UX).
