Documentation Coordinator

We are currently working on a Documentation Coordinator role for a Global Security Company working with a Federal Government, for a permanent position.

Overview:

This role will Provide documentation management and administration support to the Program through the Program Management Office and acts as a first point of contact for all external/internal queries relating to Documentation Management.

Your specific duties would be:

Establishment and maintenance of all document templates and standards

Allocation of data identification numbers to documents

Provision of direction and assistance to authors in developing and modifying documentation

Administration of the process from commencement to completion

Maintenance of working folders and version management of documentation

Performs a variety of routine administrative/clerical tasks

To be considered for this role, you must have the following listed capabilities, attributes or equivalents :

3-5 yrs of relevant experience in documentation coordination would be well regarded, however persons without this experience who believe they have the skills and knowledge to be successful, are encouraged to apply.

Expert in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens who currently hold or are able to gain an Australian Government security clearance
