This is a really exciting time for the business as a whole and we are now looking to appoint two BDM's within the Brisbane market to our highly successful sales team. We are a leader in the Telecommunication sector with a wide range of offerings and an envious reputation within the market.
Your primary responsibility will be to source, develop and build your contacts and networks within the mid-market space. Your portfolio will allow for complete coverage across a multitude of Client issues and needs, allowing you to develop solid prospects; which will in turn result in your earning capability. Reporting into our locally based Sales Manager you will be charged with the responsibility for determining your own outcomes, along with the full support and leadership you require to achieve your own and the company's goals.
Make no doubt about it, this is a pure Business Development role. You must be able to clearly demonstrate previous success in developing your own network of Clients. We expect you will have communicated by phone, by email and in person in order to source the type of Clients, that in turn you have developed strong and successful relationships with.
You will be a pro at identifying critical decision makers and you will have a high level of intuition, which you regularly utilise to your advantage. Your sales results will speak for themselves, you have an innate understanding of the overall sales cycle and you have a knack of asking the right questions and more importantly listening to the answers. Ideally you will have sold into the Telco sector, however those with related industry experience and an understanding of the Telecommunications market are encouraged to apply!
We have a high performing sales force Nationally and we expect no less from these appointments. Therefore we are prepared to remunerate the successful candidates with a very competitive base salary and an uncapped OTE of $150,000+.
