The Organisational Change Management Specialist is responsible for meeting business, schedule and budget objectives with primary focus on creating and implementing, communications plans and cultural change – including changes to business processes, and technology structures.
Create and deliver transition strategies, including:
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies and or qualifications from a recognised tertiary institution;
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal;
Must be a team player and be able to work with and through others; and
Experience with large-scale organisational change effort.
