I am currently looking to recruit, a Senior PL/SQL Developer, for my client; an international and well respected Trading Firm based in Sydney.
Working within the APAC IT team, and supporting trading across multiple exchanges throughout Asia and Australia, you will own the design, development, support and implementation of technical backend solutions for their trading systems.
The role is incredibly varied involving working throughout the full project lifecycle, on multiple trading systems and with both the business and Front Office Development.
They boast fantastic offices, an highly experienced & articulate technology team and a progressive attitude towards their business (trading and IT).
Your experience will include:
- Solid background in OO software development (C++, C#, Java, Pascal)
- 5+ years experience of Pl/SQL Development
- Highly experience in Database Design and Principles (Oracle)
- Full Software Develop Lifecycle
- Database Architecture & Production Support
All candidates must also posses a degree in Mathematics, computer science or physics
Any experience of working within a trading/ banking environment would be highly regarded.
This role involves working with multiple teams (business and technical) and therefore impeccable communications skills are essential.
