The Ultimate Role in TELCO.....Business Development & Account Management!

This is a really exciting time with further growth and even greater opportunities within our business for career-minded, Telco Account Managers and BDM's! As part of this growth, we are now looking for two key Sales Executives to perform a dual BDM/Account Management role within the Mid Market.  

 

This is a rare opportunity where you will be given the responsibility of sourcing, negotiating and securing new business within the Qld Mid Market; as well as continuing to grow and develop the accounts that you bring on board. We expect the majority of your time will be spent outside the office, on the road, meeting with Clients to understand their businesses and any issues they have around telecommunications; working to deliver a viable solution for their business and a long term profitable one for ours!  

 

We expect you will be able to demonstrate a successful sales career within the IT&T sector. You will also need to have a clear understanding of the differences between Account Management and Business Development roles and examples of where you have successfully held both. Aside from proven performance, career stability and an overall understanding of the Telecommunications market, we will be basing our hiring decision on intangible traits such as a no-excuses attitude and a willingness to take responsibility, coupled with an eye for grasping opportunities! 

 

We expect you'll command a six figure base salary (or close to) and we'd imagine you would like an uncapped commission structure; both of which we are prepared to offer; along with a number of other perks including the usual tools of trade.
