A top-tier Global IT Corporation is currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join a dynamic team for one of its major key Partners.

Skills -

Basic Networking Skills (LAN)
PC / Laptop Hardware Setup
Printer Setup
Operating System - Windows
Troubleshooting - PC / Laptop / Printer / LAN
Remote trouble shooting skills (LogMeIn - good to have)

Good Customer Soft Skills

Responsibilities

• Unboxing, configure, and setup devices on desk locations.
• Collect and dispose of boxes/rubbish when and where needed.
• Moving of old assets where needed.
• Perform hardware swap (PC/Laptop/Peripherals).
• Decommissioning - dismantling devices, box, and package for return to base
• Perform Asset Inventory, Obtain Sign offs and Reporting when needed.
• Perform remote or onsite troubleshooting on technical issues (PC or network related).
• Escalation point, for onsite customers on L1 technical issues / setup related.
• Punctual and able to work on various tasks (includes moving devices, boxes).
• Local Government Customer Site - Will require someone trustworthy and reliable.
• Fast learner (someone who can hit the ground running quick as we have very short window to train anyone).
