My client is an AXS listed organisation based in Melbourne that have gone through strong growth even during the current pandemic and they are looking for a new Digital analytics/optimisation specialist to join their high performing team

About the role

You will be responsible for the analytics of and optimising customer acquisition, engagement and increase digital self-service of existing customers. You will be responsible for accurate and timely insights into the health of the digital business whilst supporting the extended Digital Experience team to achieve our overarching objectives around being data driven.

  • Analyse data to drive continual improvements to website content, structure, design
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc digital reports, as required.
  • Contribute to the development and extension of digital management information by defining analytic requirements to support optimisation, including dashboards and funnels,
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement through web analytics performance measurement and contributing to the regular showcases.
  • Assist in planning and co-ordinate delivery of the digital optimisation roadmap.
  • Devise content targeting experiments based on customer segments and data insights in line with Customer Operations business objectives and KPIs.
  • Determine KPIs for all experiments and experiences ensuring they are trackable and measurable
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal communications and stakeholder management skills, to influence, build credibility and gain commitment

Key skills

To succeed in this role, you will be highly proactive and have 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, analytics development, and/or data analysis.

  • Experience with the Adobe suite particularly Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience Manager
  • Strong data visualisation and communication skills
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer segmentation
  • Be able to present data to stakeholders in an effective manner
  • Ability to work and make decisions quickly, and deliver to deadline
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and ability to influence is vital
