Job Description:

You will work alongside Strategic Sales and Solution Professionals with the purpose of enhancing the pre-sales customer experience. You will learn value proposition and in time be able to articulate the value that solutions bring to customers and how we help them to meet their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• As a service provider the sales team engagement continues after the initial contract signature and implementation.
• As an additional point of contact for our customers, you will build a direct relationship and provide support on any upsell/new service requests.
• You will help to coordinate internal teams to ensure proposals are delivered in a timely manner and that they meet the customer's requirements.
• You will learn to understand the customer's business, their objectives and in time be able to identify new opportunities to help them solve business problems and imperatives.
• You will be responsible for Account management & Account Acquisition.

Skills and experience for this role -

• You must be a recent graduate - 2023
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptable to change
• Prepared to speak up, challenge and be heard
