We are currently recruiting an ICT Service Delivery Manager to work with a compassionate community focused employer driving innovative change and managing the day to day operational IT needs.

About this role:

Overseeing the ICT function, this role supports the operational and strategic business needs, through ensuring consistent, reliable and appropriate ICT services and solutions.

The position provides advice and support to the Corporate Services Manager around the organisation's ICT capability, to continually enhance and improve best practice operations.

Through effective communication, liaising between multiple business and technology partners, you will deliver innovative solutions, ultimately enhancing the customer experience, increased business efficiency and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Corporate Services Manager to develop and implement ICT plans, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are aligned with the organisation's vision and strategic objectives;
  • Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, engaging appropriate stakeholders as and when needed, this may involve utilising the expertise of external providers;
  • Deliver training and facilitate workshops across the group for any ICT projects or updates requiring user change;
  • Manage all ICT support and licence agreements ensuring vendors maintain service agreements and contractual obligations;
  • Engage and work closely with teams, vendors and people to resolve ICT issues and deliver outcomes in agreed time frames considering urgency and severity of issues;
  • Maintain and use innovation to further develop governance procedures, policies and security information and undertake regular reviews of the documentation;
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of the ICT budget, ensuring it consistently aligns with the strategic plan.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven ability to identify and assess new technologies that enhance business systems;
  • Effective negotiation skills when working with contractors/consultants and vendors;
  • Demonstrated skills and behaviours in collaborating and influencing in cross-functional teams and with a range of stakeholders;
  • Project management experience with track record of delivering projects successfully.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisation skills and good attention to detail;
  • Thrive in an environment of managing and resolving competing priorities within agreed time frames;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Demonstrated skills and experience with Microsoft Platforms and a wide understanding of information systems in a corporate environment;
  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT.
