Our client is a large Federal Government Department who play a pivotal role within the Australian society. They are seeking a proven ICT Support Officer to join their Geelong team on a non-ongoing contract until June 2021, plus likely extensions.
Opportunity Overview
- Provide on-site ICT support to Agency staff within the Geelong offices and remotely
- Manage the Geelong ICT hardware fleet
- Communicate on ICT infrastructure issues with internal customers
- Work as part of the larger EUC team to identify and resolve ICT issues
Required Skills/Knowledge
- Previous experience in an ICT support role, supporting clients in a Windows based environment.
- High level customer service skills
- High level communication skills
Ideally, we are seeking an individual who is keen to work part-time (minimum 20 hours per week).
Please note, due to the nature of the work, Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
