This is an exciting opportunity for an Implementation/Deployment specialist to join this renowned organisation. They are looking for a candidate who brings expertise in the medical/health sector - specifically on Patient Administration Systems (PAS).

The Lorenzo Implementation/Deployment Specialist will be joining a growing readiness project, working within the health/medical domain, for key clients.

The role may require your involvement in multiple, complex deployments covering a typical project life cycle from pre-sales and early engagement through to go-live and post go-live activities.

As such you must demonstrate your skills and experience in the following:

• Possess a sound knowledge of PAS
• Has experience in PAS configuration, implementation and deployment.
• Experience working on multiple, complex tasks and projects.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to the client and deployment project teams when product questions, issues, or changes are raised/escalated
• To investigate/support queries, issues and change requests raised by the deployment projects, peers, project managers and other work streams
• Acts as a liaison from client; provides insight and advice to clients concerning the scope of the solution.
• Interprets the client's needs, assessing the full requirements whilst identifying good practices and any opportunities to realise real benefits.
• Strong communication skills working effectively with team members and client stakeholders at all levels with the ability to manage expectations effectively.
