Instructional Designer

Role Summary :

• Seeking an experienced Instructional designers with previous exposure to development of best-practice educational solutions and improvement of the training and development resources by researching, designing, developing and monitoring curricula and programs within a quality assured framework.

Key accountabilities

• Design and develop effective learning programs including the design of the overall concept and development of curriculum, materials, tools, assessment and evaluations, for a diverse and dispersed workforce, in an industrially sensitive and safety-critical environment.
• Ensure the development of learning materials is effective, consistent and complies with relevant quality, RTO and technical standards and educational principles.
• Support the development of framework, policies, processes and procedures that enable the design of high quality learning programs.
• Support the continuous improvement of learning design services to provide a highly effective and efficient service.

Essential requirements

• Demonstrated capability in instructional design as evidenced by a) a qualification in adult education, instructional design or a related discipline; b) a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment; or c) relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills, Project Management, can do different tasks and systems, authorisation tools.
• Good experience with eLearning and face to face content.
• Experience with Aticulate, captivate, iSpring, html5, office suite.
