IT Program Manager

Job Summary:

Seeking an end-to-end IT Program Manager expertise in plan, scope, budget, escalations and change control for a highly reputed up gradation program in public sector space.

Scope of the role

Change Leadership - Support both the vision for IT and the development of customer focused change strategies, programs, projects and initiatives

Operational management - Support the development and management of IT business plans,budgets and risk management plans.

IT Project Governance - Apply Group VPMO project execution and governance framework methodologies to ensue stakeholders have a clear understanding of their role in technology delivery and that the required decision making and escalation processes are in place to help achieve the required technology outcomes.

IT Project Management - Manage programs of work to deliver technology solutions/capabilities that meet business requirements and realise project performance objectives/benefits within agreed scope, time, cost and quality.

This includes monitoring and reporting to the Program Director, IT and/or Head of IT on the status of financial, risks, issues and progress towards milestones and deliverable.

What we are looking for in you :

• Relevant qualifications with extensive IT project management experience managing software development projects.
• Demonstrated high level experience in managing and successfully delivering complex IT enabled projects to project performance objectives within agreed project governance and execution frameworks.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in the application of software development contemporary methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Excellent problem solving ability and the ability to translate high level strategic business objectives into technology solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business users.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
