• Agile Business Analyst / Iteration Manager

Leading insurance company are looking to hire an Agile Business Analyst / Iteration Manager to work on a large scale systems migration project. Working closely with the Lead BA the project aim is to migrate two existing CRM systems into one.

The main roles and responsibilities for this Sydney based Agile Business Analyst / Iteration Manager opportunity are highlighted below

• Ensuring user stories are correct and deliver value
• Project status reporting and prioritisation of deliverables ensuring thorough stakeholder management
• Facilitation/co-facilitation of Agile rituals,
• Monitors the team throughout the sprint to ensure the team is on target
• Uses technical as well as functional knowledge to remove roadblocks
• Facilitates, Iteration planning, elaboration sessions, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives and showcases
• Drive performance by eliminating waste & driving continuous improvement

The main skills and experience needed for this Sydney based Agile Business Analyst / Iteration Manager opportunity is highlighted below

• Experience working as an Iteration Manager or Agile Business Analyst within financial services, ideally General Insurance
• Previous experience on CRM based projects or similar
• Experience in writing both functional/ non-functional value based stories
• Ability to coach stakeholders unfamiliar with the Agile methodology
• Ability to facilitate agile rituals and workshops
• Scrum Master Certification is desirable
