Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Endpoint Manager Specialist to join their team. As a Microsoft Endpoint Manager Specialist you will be largely responsible for building, upgrading, and maintaining the client's Enterprise Configuration Manager and Intune Environments. The role also defines the deployment methodology, creates application packages, and troubleshoots issues affecting the environment.

(AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)

What You Will Be Doing:

• Maintain the health of the SCCM environment including clients, servers, and distribution points
• Monitor and tune appropriate systems to ensure optimal performance
• Manage SCCM Operating System Deployment (OSD) implementation and Task Sequence design
• Test and implement new builds of SCCM, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK)
• Package, test, and deploy automated PC application installations within a SCCM framework
• Create scripts as part of application packaging and deployment
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of AD Group Policies
• Create and maintain system documentation, and share knowledge with others
• Manage and improve OS deployment and automated build processes
• Create and provide reports to management from SCCM

You Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) (including software packaging and automation and at least 2+ years with Current Branch)
• Experience with managing devices via the use of Microsoft Intune and its various features
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Windows desktop 10
  • Windows servers
  • Windows OS upgrade using SCCM (In-place & Wipe and load)
  • Application packaging and deployment with SCCM
  • 3rd Party Patch Management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Experience with VMware vSphere or other virtualization technologies
• Experience configuring and tuning Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
• Scripting with PowerShell, ADSI, WMI
• Network infrastructure fundamentals - DNS / DHCP / CA (Certificate Authority)
• Advanced troubleshooting
• Experience teaching the capabilities of SCCM to other internal IT partners and teams such as Enterprise Service Desk, Platform Services, system administrators, and Cyber Security
