This high profile household brand, are seeking a Project Manager who brings a track record in similar retail project delivery. Currently undergoing a period of growth, they seek a Project Manager to assist in project scope and upgrade/implementation of a key retail merchandise system (RMS), which has key interfaces to an array of their other core retail applications (digital, POS, Salesforce).

The key functions of this role include:

• End to end delivery of the project (Retail Merchandise System), including interfaces
• Project planning and scheduling for systems implementations
• Project Management throughout full lifecycle, including resource planning to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Management and mitigation of project risks and issues
• Building relationships throughout the business, including, merchandising, digital, PMO and vendors
• Delivery of complex projects within tight timeframes, and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders and committee

To be successful in your application you will have:

• Strong experience in retail systems as a Project Manager - specifically in Merchandising and Products (for new products (high volume) management and classification for eCommerce sites)
• Retail product understanding when it comes to merchandise systems and digital
• Experience as a Project Manager, with industry certifications considered advantageous
• Ability to pick up complex systems, including oracle retail ERP and RMS
• Strong ability to track budget, scope, timeline, resource management and with impeccable stakeholder management
• Proven ability to create and manage project plans, identify project risks and create status reports for management
• Experience with vendor management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A blended approach to delivery, including Agile and waterfall
