About the role:

The Project Officer will provide input into the planning and implementation of a telehealth project. Work collaboratively with Clinical Networks, managers, clinicians, and the eHealth NSW Conferencing Services Team to support the implementation of safe and effective virtual care practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on all aspects of project implementation.
• Ensuring high levels of work performance and completion of projects within agreed timeframes, quality standards and budget.
• Prepare various documents including briefing papers, discussion papers, reports, submissions, related correspondence, and responses as requested.
• Provide expert advice on the implementation of telehealth.

Essential criteria:

• Recent experience in the health sector
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience
• Confidence and experience in presenting to large groups e.g. training face to face or virtual
• Tech savvy with high level of confidence and able to use Microsoft applications
• Highly organised and motivated to work in a busy environment
• Self-starter who is both able to work autonomously and be a productive member of a broader team

Desirable Criteria:

• Understanding of / experience of virtual care use in a health setting
• Work experience in NSW Health
