Our esteemed client is a Federal Government Agency, based in the heart of Canberra. They are seeking a proven Senior Business Analyst to join their busy team on a non-ongoing contract, starting Nov 2020 through to Jun 2021.

At the EL1 level, you will engage with business areas to articulate their requirements through working with a variety of stakeholders.

Skills/Knowledge

Essential

• Experience leading the business analysis for enterprise level solutions
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience engaging with a variety of stakeholders in multi-disciplinary teams (eg business, developers, testers, architects)
• Experience in modelling business analysis artefacts following industry standards including BPMN, UML
• Experience working in agile teams and projects
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Experience facilitating workshops

Desirable

• Technical background preferred
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Experience following BABOK
• Experience using Sparx Enterprise Architect
