Our client is looking for a Level 1 /Help Desk Support Analyst who has a keen interest in supporting a large IT team.
Please Note: This role is based in Newcastle
Your Responsibilities:
You will be the single point of contact for end users for all IM&T related queries.On a daily basis you will resolving clients incidents and accurately logging the resolution or investigative work performed into a Service Desk database.
The Service Desk Support team has the overall aim of achieving excellent levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that client Service Levels, specified within their Service Level Agreements, are met.
You Must Have:
We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service who has strong experience dealing with high-pressure situations.
- 3 + years of customer service experience
- Strong desire to learn IT
