Technical Lead

Job Summary:

Looking for a Tech Lead that manages the requirements, scope, process and procedures associated with taking the IT IS Stream to market and manages the RFP Stream team and collaborates closely with the BAU SMEs, Architects and the Transition PM.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsibility for the planning and delivery of the Stream Project Plan and provide regular reporting to Leadership Team
• Manage Stream team to capture and document functional and non-functional Stream requirements to support the Stream RFP release to the market
• Evaluation of RFP responses, gap analysis, and incorporation of supplier feedback
• Manage Team, BAU SME and/or ad-hoc team members to ensure RFP project outcomes are achieved
• Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met

Key Knowledge and Experience

• 10+ years experience - source to contract knowledge and experience of IT Hosting, Cloud, Networks and End-User Services
• IT Sourcing Manager with extensive Hosting (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) and/or EUS (End User Services) and/or Network Management and/or Service Management and/or Supplier Management Sourcing experience
• Hands-on experience and understanding of Source to contract process
• Experience managing the build of scope/process/documents required to go-to-market
• Experience in RFP evaluation, gap analysis and evaluation report development
• Strong management and business skills
• Up-to-date with IT trends and department /functional resources, priorities and policies
• Working knowledge in business matters, finance, planning, forecasting and personnel in order to manage team staff and business issues
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes against agreed Project milestones and timelines.
