A well respected organisation is undergoing a large and complex business transformation program, and seeking the services of a highly consultative and experienced Transformation Consultant, to join their team.

They are seeking for business focused Strategic Transformation Consultant who has worked on similar complex business transformations, who can project manage, engage with C-suite and senior managers as well as manage staff. The role would typically focus on business architecture.

As such, you must demonstrate your experience in the following:

• Strong experience as a Consultant
• Strong experience in Business Transformation Strategy - creation and execution/planning
• An ability to gather information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Experience as a Business Architect, with experience of principals such as TOGAF and BIZBOK an advantage
• Ability to manage executive level stakeholders and take them on the journey
• Experience managing a team in addition to project management
• Experience in leading Organisational Change projects experience
• Capable of being responsible for the knowledge transfer of business implications and risks to senior management and C-suit stakeholders
• Ability to preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
• Ability to run workshops remotely
• Preferably worked on similar large-scale business transformations
• Ability to identify and analyse Change on a transformation
• Experience as a Consultant on such transformations is preferred
• Any experience in government would be highly advantageous

Please note that this is an initial 3-month day rate contract with likely extensions available, and seeking business focused strategic consultants who have worked on similar business transformations.
